Soft Reboot:

  1. On a phone or PC connected to the BEC's Wifi signal search for 10.0.0.1
  2. Log in using the Username root and Password HelloWorld$
  3. Go to System > Reboot.
  4. Select Perform Reboot.
  5. Your device should now reboot. Please wait approximately 2-3 minutes for this to complete.


Hard Reboot:

  1. Unplug the PoE Injector's connection from the wall. 
  2. Leave it unplugged for about 30 Seconds and then plug it back in.
  3. Wait a few minutes for the BEC to come back online and try to connect again.
