- On a laptop or smartphone connected to the hotspot, use a browser to log in http://attwifimanager/
- Enter the password attadmin
- Select Settings > Router in the left-hand menu. Then select the Basic tab.
- Click the On button next to UPnP
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen
- Reset your gaming system and see if it is connected OK now
